“This property is a wonderful place. Spotlessly clean and I have no issues at all. Just a note that someone with toddlers - this isn't the place for you. Lots of stairs (3 staircases) and the backyard isn't safe for young children. There is an underground electrical box in the corner of the yard, the yard is very uneven with some sort of a trench through the middle of it and the neighbors have a not friendly dog (in a fenced in area) that barked at us every time we went out in the yard. “The house was great but it was not cleaned properly before we arrived. The trash was still in a few of the garage bins in the bathroom and kitchen. 2 showers were not cleaned as there were dirty shower caps left in the shower. Lights were not "strong" as they flickered and then would go dim. Everything else was great. Location was nice and quiet. ”

“Nice, clean, townhouse, on a quiet street. Convenient to places to eat and not a bad ride to get to USAFA either. Host communication and check in /check out was excellent!”
