“The location is close to everything, but secluded and quiet for when you just want to relax. We loved the closed in porch where we sat for hours on end talking and watching the water. We really felt comfortable and at home. ”

“Great place, great location with plenty within walking distance. The somewhat complicated appearing instructions for the garage parking ended up being easy-peasy. We were surprised by mini fridge and table top icemaker - expected full fridge. Otherwise, absolutely lovely. ”

“Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you”

“This unit has a great location! Balcony overlooking a small lawn & then beach, so you can hear the water from there. Literal steps to get your toes in the sand. Perfect location at the end of the boardwalk, so not a ton of traffic & noise. If you enjoy quiet, you will love this space! ”

“Came down with good friends for a long weekend. The condo was so nice and very welcoming with snacks and a bottle of wine in our unit. Very clean property and perfect location. We started coming to Sandbridge in 1993 with all the kids..who now have kids of their own. Great memories!!”

“Had a wonderful time. Sorry to say I lost my watch there and could never find it, plus I left some Kerug coffee pot parts on the kitchen counter so had to purchase a new pot when I arrived home. Only issue- was another visitor with a child that "jumped" and "bumped" half the night.The maid was the best! Buy-to add-the mattress was way past replacement.”

“Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2……

“The place was beautiful The king size bed was a little firm fir my liking, but the beautiful view made up for it. The kitchen was stocked nicely, including a bottle of wine. Plenty of beach stuff provided. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again. ”
