“This apartment was perfect for my family and I, including our 8 month old and a pup! It’s in one of my favorite Richmond neighborhoods walkable to great restaurants, bakeries, shops, and Bryant park which has a fantastic farmers market on Saturdays year round! The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful and the apartment was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend! ”

“My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. The ‘free’ parking is at max two spaces in front of the building. Which were always full. The parking lot next to it is very dirty, broken glass and full of……

“We spent a week at the property and found it very convenient and comfortable. The layout allowed for us to each have our own space which always helps when traveling with family :)It had everything we needed to make breakfast, do some laundry and chill after a day in DC. The bus to Georgetown was on the corner and the Metro to other parts of DC was a few minute walk. The neighborhood was safe and lovely to walk around it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s were an easy walk away. Would definitely stay……

“Loved staying here. It is much more spacious than you would think. Also appreciated the work being done to update but maintain the feel of staying in an older home. The beach was nice and just a short walk over the dunes. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back to the area. The old school video game was also great!”

“Very pleasant and distinctive room in the heart of Belmont (arguably the ideal area in which to stay during a Cville visit, unless you want to be close to UVA). “We had a wonderful stay in this Earlysville home. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of five and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and in the screened in back porch. The location is perfect as it is close to downtown and UVA and only a short drive to wineries, nature trails and gorgeous views of the mountains. An added bonus were the delicious chocolate chip cookies baked by the home’s owner! We hope to be back! ”
