“We stayed in Executive Super King room. We had a very spacious comfortble bed, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities. Separate shower/toilet with toiletries. I did not notice if there was a safe in the room. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and lovely presentation. We had to fill a Form for breakfast the night before which is fine as there would be no food wastage. My only concern was they held £50 which did not clear my account until after 4 day. “Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise.”

“Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”

“For £50 per night, it was pretty good value, if you just need a place to sleep. The hotel is under refurbishment, which is needed. Room very dated but was clean, bed was comfortable with tea and coffee amenities in the room. The coffee I made tasted weird, I'd say a new kettle would sort that out. Lidl right across the road. However no lift was working while i was there. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“The check in experience was great, really friendly reception staff explained everything. Room was good size, nice and clean. Only complaint would be was top warm and window quite old and stiff to open. We had a drink in the bar and the service was atrocious!!! If we hadn't been staying there we would have walked out. There was a party in front that got served and then The bar person just walked out of the bar. Nothing said to us, no explanation, nothing at all. When she came back eventually……

“Good location for getting into the City centre. Easy, safe parking. Hotel is staffed by really friendly but professional staff. Delays in the bar as the poor lady was also working the reception. Hotel is clean and tidy but very dated. Does need a overhaul as it's looking it age. Outdoor sitting area is very limited and also the smoking area. Not nice. Breakfast room was nice and clean. Good selection of cereals, fruits etc and order taken at the table for hot food. Full English was piping hot……
