“Great one night stay after attending a wedding in the area. Well appointed room, in adjoining stable block, with bottled water, comfy bed and great shower. Lovely breakfast. We were also given a courtesy call on the day to check we were still coming as we were at the wedding. Highly recommend.”

“2 night stay over Easter weekend in Presidential Suite. Room £200pn but reduced from £400pn?? Not sure anyone would pay that? Some nice touches and very nice room, includes spa access. Not much atmosphere in evening as seem to overprice themselves for evening meals. Wine prices are very high, ultimately given the prominence of wine and vineyard.. a complimentary bottle in the room would have been nice… rather than a half bottle priced at £46. Spa was amazing. Paid for treatments and have to say……

“We came to Southampton the day before we left on a cruise. We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. One word of warning, however, is there is no elevator in the hotel. We had to walk up four 10 star flights of steps to get to our room. But other than that, the stay was wonderful. “该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。”
