Rooms are a good size and the furnishings are tip top. Best of all though, the staff are Fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Didn't want to come home”

“Excellent stay, amazing food and an excellent pint of JW LEES stout. The staff were awesome and a special mention of Charlie(Charlotte), Lakesia and Amelia and also the new manager Dave. The air conditioning in the room was most welcome and will be looking to book this room again. Finally cannot rate The Huntsman Inn highly enough, well worth a visit with the new updates and stunning location with superb views.”

“We stayed with our young son for 3 nights in July 2024. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed and great with interacting with our young son. The food - breakfast and dinner - is truly incredible with nothing too much trouble. The only downside we experienced really was that we were in a room on the top floor which, while the room had clearly been hoovered etc, it was dusty in places with lots of cobwebs - while we don't mind spiders, we removed……

“The stag were extremely welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was a very good size with a modern en-suite bathroom. The evening meal menu had a varied selection for all tastes and the quality of food was excellent, being very well cooked and presented. Breakfast was high quality local produce with a large serving.
