My experience is that, after I have brought the suitcase up the narrow and winding staircase, I need to take a two-hour rest before I can have the courage to think about going out. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable.”

“Quiet location just far enough from the centre of town but still with a view of the sea and the abbey ! Only a few minutes walk to the rail/bus station and the pavillion. Wonderful personal service from the experienced host, with a good quality breakfast.”

“I had a really happy night in Grassington Lodge . The room was spacious , with a sofa plus table and chairs. Clear instructions were sent to me about how to access my room. I was left real milk for my drinks and the bed was ultra comfy. Everything looked clean and pristine. The pubs, shops and walks are minutes away too so not having food available isn’t inconvenient. Especially if you like exploring. It’s a perfect place to stay. ”
