“This hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views. The breakfast buffet is diverse, fresh and even has a gluten free/vegan option with various smoothies. It is close to the beach where you can snorkel among coloured fish in the beautiful Puerto de……
“Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend.”
“We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. So i went to this hotel not very happy, but for my greatest surprise we had a wonderful time in the hotel, everyone was so good in their mansion my kids enjoyed every day of their stay in……
“Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!”
“The rooms were spacious. The suite we reserved had an individual pool. The front reception staff was exceptional and very helpful. The reception area was beautifully decorated and amazingly clean and smelled so tropical.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The little store on the property had everything you might need without leaving the resort. They were reasonably priced!!”
“Although it is not in the center of Maspalomas, the city is easily reachable in a few minutes by car. In the evening it is pleasant to walk in this town that offers local markets and nightlife”
