“Home was very clean. I didn’t realize it was a duplex but you could not hear anyone in the adjoining home. It was the quietest neighborhood. Rooms were a little hot for us southern folks. ”

“We stay in Arlington a few weekends a year with our pup. This property was perfect. Owner was super responsive in answering any questions. We had a small issue with not knowing which unit it was because it's not clearly stated on the property address in the listing, but owner got back quickly with the info when we reached out.Quite possibly the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, very nice touch of a selection of drinks in the fridge, some snacks and Nespresso pods.……

This home afforded us the opportunity to relax in a comfortable environment, team without interruptions, and have a comfortable, quiet place to sleep.The home was clean and as advertised. The host was responsive and accommodating. We hope to use this space again when we return for the same conference next year.”

“We stayed in Crystal City in this apartment. It was clean. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was newly renovated. It was close to the Metro and had food options nearby. There was also a convenient store in the basement of the tower which came in handy.”

“All was good. No complaints. Nice appliances, roomy, cute outside patio. Twin bed comfortable as long as you aren’t tall. I slept great on it but I sleep on my side with knees bent so I was happy. Comfortable sheets.”

“Great location. Bit of a walk((15 min) from train station but has a Whole Food Mkt across the street and restaurants nearby. Had to have concierge call fire dept at midnight one night for a water alarm going off due to a leaking hot water heater. Mgmt was gonna have someone come the next morning. Basically cost us half a nights sleeep and affected our tour schedule the next day. No offer for any credit from mgmt so far. Couch in living room is 10 inches off floor so be prepared to crawl off……

“This apt is well taken care of and clean. We were asked to not ask questions of the building staff. We did not have any issue. Many places to eat near by and Ubers or Lyfts make it easy to get to all the DC sights.”
