“Close to shopping cruise pier and eateries. Staff was very friendly. Free bottled water was available. There is a neat atrium on the property. Wish there was a place to put shampoo and soap in the shower. ”

“Hugo’s location is superb, walkable in Old San Juan anywhere. Communication with property manager/owner was very prompt. Easy self check-in/out. My only complaint is that there were sands/something on the bed and towels when we arrived, which later found out to be likely from the ceiling. Hugo staff came in to change the sheets and replaced towels as requested very promptly. I was very pleased with this stay and would highly recommend Hugo and would definitely return. Bonus, paid parking……
