“We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. ”

“We stayed in a suite since we were going to be in CO Springs for a week. When we arrived, there was dried eggs on the door. There was no light bulb in the lamp in the living room area. The kitchen counter was dirty. The carpets need a good cleaning. Items were found from the last visitor (washcloth on lamp shade, toothbrush on top of bathroom medicine cabinet, partial grooming kit under the bed). We also had trouble getting clean towels and had to ask the desk staff to get us some. The sheets……

“I love that you have a pool/hot tub and the free breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, best I’ve had from a hotel in a while. The four stars was because the hot tub was not hot at all, it was the same temp as the pool. ”

“We stayed for two nights. Apart from being made to wait until the very last minute to check in -- absolutely loved it. The property is just beautiful; lovely and well-kept grounds right up against the red rocks. We saw turkeys and mule deer in the grounds. The castle was beautiful with many original features but nicely updated. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and efficient. Loved our visit. Also, it's very close to Old Colorado City -- we went down there both evenings.”

“房間很乾淨 洗澡水夠熱 check in 也很方便 有幾個問題我個人覺得很嚴重 讓人沒有辦法睡好 冰箱噪音，也許是用太久或已經有問題 他整晚都在運轉，而且就在床旁，深夜裡其實很大聲 廁所通風扇，也許是跟其他房間共用管線，或者是外部的風吹進來，這風扇深夜會有噪音，在夜晚他就像在打節拍 隔音非常不好，11點後還是會聽到非常大聲的其他住客吵鬧 對於想要好好安靜休息的人我不推薦，但他地點還不錯，附近有幾個好的餐廳 ”

“The property and rooms were clean and updated which was nice. The check-in process was lengthier than at other hotels. I had to fill out a form with my address etc. Also I asked for late checkout and was told I couldn’t be given it unless I provided my email and signed up for their membership program. That was disappointing. I don’t mind paying extra for late checkout, but I don’t want to have to sign up for a program just for late checkout. ”
