“Everything was as advertised in Expedia. The bundle of the hotel, the air travel, and the airport to hotel transportation and back, all worked together great. The many Hotel staff we interacted with we're so courteous and supportive. All the foods and drinks were great, fresh, super high quality. ”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful.. the complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh options.. I would definitely recommend for location.. it was noisy outside because of the busy street close to the hotel, but when inside you could barely hear it.. I would get the rooms with the ocean view, it was worth the upgrade.”

“muy bien ubicado en la parte turística de San José, la comida muy rica del restaurante. Lo único que no me gustó es que no tengan la información clara en su anuncio y al llegar te cobren una propina obligatoria por haber reservado una habitación, (no es por algún tipo de servicio recibido) es simplemente por reservar una habitación. Nunca habia visto este tipo de propina obligatoria y sobre todo que no esté en su anuncio. ”
