“The snorkeling and scuba diving right off the beach at the hotel was very good. The water visibility right at the beach was the best I have ever seen and there was a decent amount of wild life as well. The food was pretty good and they changed up the buffet every day which was nice to try a variety of foods. I would like to give a shout out to David and Becky. David and Becky were very fast, attentive and helpful. I was very pleased with their service. Becky was super nice, always smiling and……

“I like the convenience of diving , location, staff, view. The internet in a lot of rooms isn't available, though, but I got a room that had internet. There is a lot of loud music and partying going on a cruise liner days, though, but I tried to ignore it. I like the fan in the room; my room had a good AC, but some ...not so much. They accommodated me, though. will stay there again ”

“This was my second stay at the Luna Azul and I will stay there again. It’s a quaint little hotel with a very refreshing pool. It’s in a location where I can walk to the Malecon to go shopping… to find good restaurants. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and very accommodating. My room is always cleaned spotlessly every day. I trust the staff completely. The only thing that would make it better would to be a mini fridge in the room. But that is my only recommendation. “We really enjoyed our stay here. I first came here 30 years ago, and they have really "upped their game", with a beautiful and large beach area, a great breakfast overlooking the ocean, and entertainment every night. I do wish they had a clothes cabinet of some sort, we had to put our clothes on the 2nd bed.”
