“飯店本身不錯距離地鐵也近，只是週邊環境不是太好，一個人晚上要小心。員工和老闆基本上不錯，只是入住當下發現門內的鎖，壞了，請櫃檯來看，她竟然覺得沒關係，在我的堅持下才換房給我，這點覺得不是很滿意”

“I arrived at the hotel at ten in the morning and I was informed that the room wasn’t ready which was totally understandable. However, Danish, another staff, took the initiative to upgrade me to a larger available room seeing that I was so exhausted from my flight earlier. Not only that, he even gave me some incredible recommendations as to where I shall visit throughout my stay. Thank you again for making my trip amazing Danish! ”

“My room is large and comfortable. I found some dust in the air conditioner. Thanks to the hotel for lending me a kettle to have hot drinking water.”

“床單上有頭髮，此外還算ＯＫ。入住給的單子上提到會提供瓶水，但房間裡沒有。和櫃檯人員反應也只得到「這樣啊」的回應。另外check out後寄行李一個人要2.5歐。”

“I requested a high floor room but finally was assigned a lower floor and noisy room which was closed to the street. The breakfast was very good. It just takes 3 - 5 mins walk from the MTR station to the hotel but you may need to walk around 10 - 20 mins between the hotel and the other restaurant, supermarket, cafe shop, shopping area etc. ”

“地點非常方便, 樓下就有Metro, 對面是火車站, 方便out town. 房間舒適整潔, 浴室水力及熱度都非常足夠. 水, 咖啡都可在Lobby直接自取, 也很方便. 整體很好, 性價比高. 下次還會入住.”

“The hotel has a perfect location, very convenient to access to all the shopping and dining areas. The hotel may not easy to find for the first time as the front door is not obvious, but you will love its location afterwards. Beware that the surrounding would be quiet after 8pm and homeless people may be found near the church. It is just 5-mins walk to Baixa-Chiado Metro Station and also close to the Elevator de Santa Justa and other must-visit spots. Staff are very helpful and informative.……
