“Amazing property, balcony rooms have a view of the river. It had snowed twice but we were still able to move about outside of the hotel.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to go back! I will say that the rooms are a little outdated, but the location more than makes up for it. The staff is great! ”

“We enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful hotel! We went to the Happy Hour and enjoyed our two complimentary drinks, went to the pool and hot tub. Our room was also comfortable and clean! Will be staying here again!”

“The breakfast was great and we sat on the patio and ate breakfast and watched the river go by. We were a little disappointed that our room didn't face the river but we will know next time to ask for that. ”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The location of our hotel was a quick 15-20 minutes and closed to a plethora of restaurants. Our room was spacious, the fridge was 3/4 size, and we appreciated having dishwater, silverware, and glasses. I appreciated the blackout shade and the friendliness of the staff. One area of improvement would been the soft was of the bed and pillow. I’m not saying it was on the level of a waterbed, but it was close. ”
