“We had a great trip at Hyatt Ziva PV. Everything was fairly clean, we loved our room, staff was kind, and the property had beautiful views on the ocean and mountains. Service was always quick and we had everything we needed at any time. Chairs for the pool were easy to find, the resort didn't feel over packed, and concierge was excellent with getting taxis for us and coordinating our rides to a from the airport. The only downsides of the trip were a few things not in the property's control……

“We stayed 5 nights at the Fiesta Americana. 5/5 location -15 minutes from the airport. 3/5 for food variety/quality- the Asian restaurant and Mexican restaurant were great, the Italian was ok. 3/5 for things to do- we did a couples massage which was fabulous and yoga and pilates in the morning. We did not have good wifi at all in our room during the trip. We also had to ask for bottle water a few times. My boyfriend was on a knee scooter and the hotel was accessible for him.
