“We enjoyed our stay at Smoky's Bungalow. The inside of the cabin was fine. There are 24 steps going down to the door which makes getting luggage in and out challenging. The hot tub cover is very water logged and difficult to open and very difficult to close. The communication was very good. If the hot tub problem is fixed we would stay there again.”

“My wife and I loved this property! Each house there has varying view angles of the mountains and city below, and we were very impressed with how amazing it looked. It was also very clean and felt like a home away from home. It’s also surprising how close you are to the city of Gatlinburg and the national park trails. The only problem we experienced was getting a text/email with instructions on how to enter the property. I had to contact the company the day before our trip, and they confirmed……

It was the perfect place to relax, yet close enough to all the attractions. The cozy atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. ”

“Some basic areas need attention. The upstairs shower did not drain and left you standing in water. Unable to use dryer because the off/on knob was broken. One end of the recliner couch was broken, The deck and railing is in need of repair. Could use an overall Spring Cleaning.”
