“First let’s talk about how nice they were at the front desk, Kayla figured out a credit card issue for us and was very patient. The property was in a perfect area to be able to walk to all The Oktoberfest Festivities, love the swings by the river, super relaxing. Loved the quick breakfast options to grab on your way out for the day especially the lemon loaf and waffles in a bag. “We were only here for one night, but it was nice. At no fault of the hotel, I couldn't give the highest score on the area around the property. That is due to the fact they are still trying to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene a year ago, and it will take time for the city and area to completely recover again.
