“The desk staff were so pleasant and friendly! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've had my entire 6 week trip! The kitchen was perfect. Nice large TV. The staff obviously prioritize cleaning but I think perhaps they could find cleaners with less odors... I always like to walk in and not smell anything ... vs cleaners odors... but I understand that they really care about keeping everything clean and they do a great job with that! The location was great! Right off the bridge to the city……

“We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I……

“Great place to stay”

“This was a lovely stay with nice added touches. Breakfast baskets to the room daily and wine hour with snacks. Hospitality was exceptional. The jeep service was perfect to get around town. Gym isn’t on site, about 30 minute walk or quick jeep service but was a huge gym with more than enough to get a great workout in. Had a mobile service massage twice in 4 days and give them rave reviews. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping. The thing I loved most was the smell of the place. But……
