“It is beautiful, clean property. Few things which must be improved: 1) When we arrived Front Desk service said they don't have room which we ordered 2 queen beds and sofa, but they gave us only 1 option room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa with partially ocean view. This room is smaller, but has view. Usually when Hotel doesn't have room which we ordered they provided couple of other options, not one. 2) Need more explanation how work beach reservations. We scanned code and reserve every day ”

“I went on a girls’ trip and stayed here for a week. The DJs at the adult pool and activities like bingo, trivia, etc. made each day fun. Convenient 5 min walk to the beach with many palapas and beach chairs to sit at. There were a couple days that we requested housekeeping, but they didn’t come. Aside from that, the resort was clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The stay was wonderful. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The garden is great and the breakfast and the service as well. Only a little thing: Our sheets were torn and should be renewed but this does not limit the great experience we had. “Divi Phoenix is my Aruba home away from home. It's family friendly, the staff is friendly and accommodating, it's a short walk to shopping and restaurants and other hotels. Pure Beach's quality of food has improved greatly and is reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back.”

“Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos de l'annonce. Pas propre du tout, poussière, saleté, sol de la douche répugnant, cafards dans la salle de bain et chambre à coucher. En arrivant, le sol était sale, on voit que le ménage est bâclé. Mais surtout, l'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Plus jamais! Seul avantage, le site de la résidence est agréable. Belle piscine et jolie espace barbecue. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
