“I actually didn’t know what to expect when we got to Under the Tuscan Sun but this house was fabulous, location was amazing, a tiny walk around the corner to private beach access with chair/umbrella rental waiting as you walk into the beach area. The house was as described but sleeping arrangement was even better than I thought, the pull out couch wasn’t the living room couch it was in a private area on first floor so no one had to sleep in the family room area. We had 18 in our party, each room……

“This property was perfect for our family. Very clean, well equipped, decor was very beachy/modern, the views were amazing, beach access super easy, and the beach service was an awesome bonus. Easy check in and out process. I would rate them a 10 out 10. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for oir amazing stay. ”
