“Wonderful neighborhood in the Sandestin Resort. The home was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everything in the resort was accessible by golf cart including beach, Warf, golf courses, and nearby grocery. Would highly recommend this property and this neighborhood. Only thing was a significant discrepancy in temperature between the up stairs and down stairs.”

“Loved the neighborhood, communication with the property manager was excellent the house was a little dated, carpet was worn and fraying by bathroom with sharp points, had to be very careful walking over it. The couches did not recline and were uncomfortable. We loved the work out facility and the hot tub. The back porch was wonderful too.”

“We loved this house! The location was great - so wonderful and peaceful. The two golf carts were game changers. So amazing to have access to them. You can go to the grocery store or dinner - and of course to the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Our only dislike was that the only beach access was so crowded and full every day. When we go again, we would like to find a more quiet and private beach access. But that has nothing to do with the property which, again, was great!……

“This home is so pretty and very clean! We loved the way it was decorated and the lay out! We took our little dogs and they loved it as well and the large yard to take walks in. It was a fantastic central location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment! All so convenient to get to. We also really utilized the golf cart that comes with the rental, Such an added bonus! I’ll definitely be coming back. ”

“Our Family of 4 and small poodle had a Wonderful time at this cute & cozy property! We have stayed in this same area multiple times & even though different properties, all have been great! Plenty of room for my husband and I and the teen girls to spread out. The beds are cozy! The location fabulous! Fun activities at Baytowne! We always get a place with a golf cart to make it so much easier to get around & even take to the beach side. We have been coming to Sandestin for over 30 years staying……

“Just returned from a wonderful vacation! The house was clean and comfortable. We have stayed in Sandestin three times and this is our favorite community. The owner, Joy, was VERY accommodating and super quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We loved sipping our coffee on the back porch, being able to ride bikes on the shaded sidewalks and even to the nearby shopping centers (Publix and Maple Street Biscut). Pools were fun and the newer golf cart was really nice too. Pirate show and……
