The breathtaking views , spacious rooms and Chris was quick to respond and check in was quick and easy ! We definitely will look at booking again ! ”

“We had the best week at Sunset Over Seas! Our group ranged from 6-90 years old and everyone was able to enjoy their stay. The views and easy access to the beach cannot be beat. We brought several chairs and umbrellas but that isnt necessary with their fully stocked beach closet (extremely nice chairs!) that also has many sand toys and crab nets. This rental includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up by beach service right in front of the house as well. Its a very short walk to the community pool,……

“Host did a great job communicating with us and responded quickly to questions, Check-in was easy. Property is nice with easy beach access. Kitchen was sufficient to meet all of our needs. We prepared a couple of meal in-house and everything we needed was available. Parking for four vehicles was tight but manageable. The beach chairs and umbrella setup included with the property was nice and convenient. Overall, a great stay.”

“Easy Check-in process, received daily communication checking to see if we needed anything. House was absolutely perfect and everything was as described in the listing to a T! 5 king bedrooms was perfect for our large party and pool on the deck was a nice way to end each day! Will definitely be booking this home in the future. We celebrated our 30th anniversary with all of our children and two grandkids ages 1&3 and this house was perfect for every age! All amenities were as described and more.……

“10 adults ranging from 70s to 12. Parents/Grandparents, adult kids and their adult kids. Some single, some married, one expecting - all had a great time. The splash pool didn’t get used (but interesting). The community pool was very nice, but didn’t get used either. The beach was wonderful, the umbrella set up and owner’s umbrellas and chairs were great! Non-stick Pots and pans were really scratched up - I bought an inexpensive set and left it.
