“We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to……

“Me and my family are locals that got together and booked this beach house. We had a wonderful time and the house was nice. The management company Destin dreamers were amazing. They were helpful and when we had a minor problem at the house they came immediately. I love how they give you the VIP status with free tickets to different activities in the area. If you book a house for this area make sure it’s one managed by Destin Dreamers. ”

“Great location, right in the center of everything. Family friendly environment, pool area was kept very clean. Across the street to a private beach access. Room was clean, we had the 3rd floor balcony street view. Description says Ocean View but due to the home's built on the beach you lose that "Beach View". Other than that we had an amazing week. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Would differently recommend and revisit again..”

“This property was exactly everything it said it was ! We absolutely loved waking up directly on the ocean where our chairs and umbrellas were readily available for us daily ! The breathtaking views , spacious rooms and Chris was quick to respond and check in was quick and easy ! We definitely will look at booking again ! ”

“House was as described. Great home and clean. Would recommend for large families. Golf carts were great to use. Management property addressed the small things like replacement microwave and loose shower rod. Good communication. Only small issue was previous renter trash was not picked up until the middle/tail end of our trip making the front area overflowed with trash. ”
