“Friendly staff
location is off the city center of course.
This is the cheapest place around the area, no heat, no air conditioner,no English. We came on the end of March, pretty chilly during the night when sleep.
Bed is not comfy at all, you can even feel the springs. ”
“Staff was very friendly and we ended up eating in the restaurant which was nice and reasonably priced. The shuttle service is helpful for getting to and from the airport. The rooms are kind of small though would be my only complaint.”
“Easy to access the bus station, close to the mall and various restaurants. I would stay there again. The paid buffet Breakfast options are limited but you can still grab something to start your day.”

“Clean but tired property, very steep stairs down to door even though it said ground floor. Bathroom basin drain almost totally blocked. 10 minute walk to many dining options near station. Overall ok value for money but won’t stay again.”
“We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. When we used the code to open the door THE ROOM WAS……
"I arrived at the hotel at ten in the morning and I was informed that the room wasn’t ready which was totally understandable. However, Danish, another staff, took the initiative to upgrade me to a larger available room seeing that I was so exhausted from my flight earlier. Not only that, he even gave me some incredible recommendations as to where I shall visit throughout my stay. Thank you again for making my trip amazing Danish! "
"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."
"We rented one double room and one triple room and paid extra for the triple room. When we checked in, the front desk mixed up the 2 rooms and gave us the wrong keys. This was not important and we filed it in the front desk again. But when we entered the room, we found that both rooms were only suitable for 2 persons to stay. When we went to the front desk again, the staff’s attitude was rude and said they simply didn’t have a triple room While we were heated up, he said they could add a sofa-bed in one of the room, but the attitude was still unacceptable."
