“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. “The hotel was hip, modern, quiet and safe. Lots of bus transportation stops nearby. Grocery & food options also close by. Only negatives were that the elevator areas tended to be very dark & unlit and the coffee maker did not work at all. Coffee options available in the dining areas was super expensive for what was offered. Elevators are quiet, super fast and required card key for safe floor access. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms cleaned very well. Robes, slippers and water in room. ”

"不錯的住宿體驗，本來抱持著只是中轉站待的飯店，沒有抱期待，但入住後意外的還不錯，雖然沒有窗戶，但如果像我一樣短期住個兩三天的是還好，主要是價格，在倫敦又是市中心，步行個幾分鐘就到國王十字車站，這樣的價格CP值非常不錯的！"

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
