“Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. ”

“Nice breakfast buffet which my kids really enjoyed. Good location as it's only a few minutes walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, and it's easy to get to Heathrow too with the new Elizabeth Line. “Only stayed for one night and didn’t spend much time here but from the time we did spend I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Was gutted we didn’t have time to go into the actual pub for food and drinks as the menu looked amazing, the only thing I’d say after looking at the menu is that I don’t think it’s fair to charge extra for gluten free (I’m coeliac) but I can’t moan about anything at all The pub seemed to have a nice atmosphere and the girl that took us to our room was……

“First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!”

“原本訂了四晚的，但第三日朝早就發現背包內的暗格少了$3000港元，懷疑前一天整天外出的緣故被清潔員工入房偷了現金，但重點是外出時已掛出請勿打擾的牌，返酒店經理投訴卻沒有把事情解決，原來酒店的走廊是沒有閉路電視的，所以並無法證明是誰入了房間，但明明酒店的房間是使用電子鎖的，酒店職員是有記錄但不肯給我，又叫我自己去警局報案，但去了警局警察知道我不是當地人有沒有作出很大的幫忙，只是說沒有證據證明的話不知道是誰進了房間，警察也沒辦法可以捉到人，而調查亦有可能要超過兩星期，那時候已經不在英國了，所以即使落了安也沒法跟進，但我最後仍然選擇花上數小時去報案，原因是我想在這證明我是真的在這酒店被盜竊了，大家請不要租住這間酒店了”
