“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo. The room was clean, fresh and looked to be newly remodeled. The location was perfect for jumping on the Marta. We felt comfortable walking around to the different restaurants. What made it the best was the staff! Everyone was super helpful, kind and genuine. I have to give a shout out to front desk-Thomas. "The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
