“I travel a lot and have begun staying in AirB&Bs because they have a sense of home. This 1-bedroom suite was perfect and had all of the amenities I need for business travel. The location in downtown Atlanta is exceptional if you are attending any event in the downtown area. And the property owners were wonderfully attentive and very easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Atlanta!”

“we only came for a night, and really just used the apartment to shower and get a few hours of sleep so it was perfect for us. air conditioning was lacking and the shower was kind of difficult to use, but overall we would stay again. ”

“My first time staying at anything but a hotel. It was a great experience. Place was as advertised, clean, comfortable and welcoming with a few soecial touches. The host was very responsive and the condo has a gorgeous view of the city with an easy walk downtown. ”

“Loved this stay!!! Came with my partner for a quick getaway. The apartment was everything as listed! However, there are some issues we had. We got into the airport late and arrived to the room around 10:30p… The door code once we checked in was not the one that was sent. Thankfully, the host responded very quickly and was able to get us into the room within 10 minutes or so. Not sure what would’ve happened if we checked in any later. 2nd: the apartment was very clean and kept up nicely.……

“Cancelled on us after the trip had “already started” we arrived around 7 even tho check in was at 4 and didn’t receive instructions to get it. Once I messaged, whoever was responding told us that it wasn’t ready and to come back an hour later. I wasn’t made aware of this situation until I was the one who reached out and messaged. I’ve booked with vrbo so many times and this was by far the worst experience ”

“I will say, after jumping through the right hoops with VRBO, they gave us the refund for the trip. There was someone still living and trashed in the unit I had booked. Even told us we could check in early due to finished cleaning. Does not seem to live close to location- as they tried to get me to go in and solve the problem of someone being in their unit. Gave us another clean unit once realizing we were not going to wait for this one. However, then listed false information about requesting to……

“Terrible any way you can imagine. The elevator doesn't work. With mobility issues, and no refund, it has left us to debate the charge on our card. Communication with the host, has me asking if he was delirious! He told me it was working while my partner was at the counter in the lobby. It didn't work. ”
