“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“This property was in a good location, and it was within walking distance to Centennial Park, the aquarium, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. There’s a public parking garage right by the hotel or you can do valet. It’s about the same price wise. There were a few homeless people around the hotel, but there also always police around. We were on a high floor, so we never heard any noise outside. The rooms were clean! ”
