“I read so many negative reviews before staying so I was very nervous. They were completely wrong. This hotel had wonderful staff with great resilience. We were in town for the Chris Brown concert. There were hundreds of people in the lobby. The 2 gentleman worked quickly to get everyone checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet people were so kind and everyone had great attitudes. On the second day, we needed more towels and washcloths and they were provided with no issues. The……
