“We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and……

“第一晚被安排到Basement房間. 十分夾窄又侷促. 多謝Hotel Manager 為我們其後4天搬到高層和較大又寬躺的房間. 十分多謝！ 房間沒有熱水煲、茶包. 如要的話、要到Lobby飲用☹️. 吹頭髪位置沒有鏡. 只有一面企身鏡在門口. 不太理想😟⋯⋯ 地理位置優越、3分鐘步行到Paddington Station,出入機場超級方便快捷. 坐Heathrow Express只係15分鐘. 巴士去Oxford Circus十大方便. 只在洒店行1分鐘. 洒店十分新. 設計簡潔. 有心思. 有品味. 但價錢十大貴. 謝謝 ”

We traveled with our baby and without even asking, the hotel left a changing pad, baby bath, baby bath products, etc in our room. The location is incredible. “The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. ”
