“The check-in person met us at our car and then took us to our room. He had wine delivered and they also brought ice. Very nice and helpful. Loved the balcony over the river. We sat outside for several hours just enjoying the water. So relaxing. Would love to stay here again.”

“TWO things you REALLY need to fix: (1) Rm 424-Unstoppable drip bathtub faucet. And if you tighten the grip, it only slows down the drip and then you need Conan the Barbarian to loosen it. (2) Fix the darn TV channel guides to where they are actually correct. If the front desk hadn't given me one that was different from the one in my room and I would have missed the Celtics game. The staff was GREAT! ”

“We loved our stay! The beds were comfy, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and not overcrowded, the area was safe and within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. There are multiple fire pits to sit outside and enjoy. The sound of water flowing next to us and birds chirping while relaxing the jacuzzi was our favorite part. We will definitely come back very soon. ”
