“Llegamos y nos avisaron que la alberca no estaba disponible desde hace días y fue el motivo de buscar un hotel con alberca por mi hijo, no nos avisaron al hacer la reservacion de ese punto, todo lo demás estuvo bien, muy amables nos atendieron.”

“I will never stay in this hotel again. It's terrible. The sink is broken. It's also dirty inside. There is a smell. In the morning, someone suddenly opened the door. It's scary.”

“The hotel itself was ok. The staff was a bit questionable though. Nice, but I could tell they don't trust people. Assuming this is because of previous people staying and not caring for the property. ”

“It was ok only used for over night stay..”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……
