“Pros: The location of the property is excellent if you're interested in staying UES of the city. Pics are accurate in terms of size for NYC it's a spacious studio. Studio was very clean as it was recently renovated. Loved that I didn't need keys or a code to remember to access the building & unit as they have you download an app and send a code for your stay so all you have to do is wave your phone & unlock the door! Great feature.Cons: I ran into some of the workers doing renovation so clearly……

“Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. “This apt worked out well for us - a family of 6 adults. One couple slept in a pull out bed in the common space, sharing a bath with another couple on the main level. Some complaints about the constant traffic noises on 62nd just outside the windows. Apt is at sidewalk level.
