“Really pleasant stay. Convenient location, good value and comfy bed! We‘ll be back.”

“Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time……

“Great option for a one-night stay near subway and Heathrow. Located next to/above a pub but no noise issues. Staff were welcoming and helpful.”

“Rooms were nice. Generally clean, few areas needed improvement but didn’t affect our stay. Slept well, beds comfy and nice quality linen. Quieter than I was expecting as we are above a pub, no noise at all. Good range of toiletries, tv and fridge which was a bonus. Would stay again. ”

“Not enough amenties, room is not clean, especially for pillows, though is really convenient to underground and shopping, still not worth it”
