“The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch. I will go back to The Fifth……

“地點離地鐵站很近，附近吃的也很方便。房間很乾淨床也非常舒服；有提供免費早餐，雖然不特別但可以吃的飽也能帶咖啡、飲料及開水離開，再各項消費很高的紐約可以省下不少費用。唯一的缺點是每天上午8:00～11:00前的電梯非常難等，旅客因為等不到電梯都是先往上搭導致高樓層的住客永遠進不了電梯。”

“酒店要求下午三点后才能办理入住，三点半到达，等待半个小时依然说房间没有打扫不能办理入住让继续等待。再三与服务人员沟通，服务人员蛮不讲理，也不回复到底要等待多长时间。问能否取消预定，回复不能取消否则扣除已经预付的一天房费！忍无可忍之下要求与酒店经理直接谈，最终才给办理了入住。在与服务人员沟通过程中，感受到服务人员的素质之低，寻求其他服务人员协助，每个都事不关己的冷漠态度！酒店大堂拥挤不堪，办理入住只能站立等待。入住后的房间是二楼，靠近街边，房间夜晚非常吵闹，无法入睡。房间内的装修与设施陈旧简陋，根本不值近4000元人民币房价！发誓永远不再光顾这家黑店！”
