“This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and personable staff. I love the 2nd floor lounge area where you can get coffee, water, snacks. “The housing keeping staff are warm. However, the staff at the reception counter and the bell boys during check-in and during our stay were not warm and not friendly, not feeling a sense of guests. Same comment on the female staff of the Early Edition Espresso Bar (Men staff are warm). Besides, my daughter needs to use crutches to walk but no staff helped open the heavy entrance glass door for her when she entered and left the hotel during our 7-day stay.
