“Highly recommend this property. Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only. Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh……

“I do not want to be overly critical about my stay: it was okay. I had a bed, I had a shower, I had a sink; they gave me a scrubber to wash my dishes---everything was largely okay. The chamber maid was very attentive. The primary reason why I would *NOT* stay there again is because of that damn door code-entry noise.
