“We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.”

“The staff there are very nice. However, the design is a bit creepy for Asian people especially those with Chinese cultural background. There is a spirit tablet (神主牌）in the lobby. They also used joss paper like lamps inside the room.”

“Stayed at Champton Hanoi and had a pretty good time! The breakfast buffet was awesome, rooms were comfy. But, the pool was under renovation, and we heard drilling sounds above our room on the first day – a heads-up would’ve been nice. They should offer an accommodation coupon or something as compensation. Also, more drinking water in the room would be great.”
