“Poolside bar and restaurant. Plunge pools drained each day. Continental breakfast was delicious and many more options to purchase if wanted more. Shower and jungle view of full wall of windows made this have a nice luxury feel. Beautiful boutique hotel. Very odd almost hidden entrance. Took a moment to find find. ”

“This property was amazing. The staff are all very friendly and kind, always happy to help. The swim out was definitely worth it. Food at Grotto was good. The downside was the numbers on the elevators were confusing and made it difficult to get around, the beach club is not on site so we didn’t get to go but we plan to go back”

“One of the best hotels ever. If you want peace and quiet- good food, beautiful grounds, safety, and the most outstanding staff ever- you will love Copal. Ivy, Johnny, and Victor at the front desk were nothing short of amazing and friendly. The hostess/waitress Paola, was super helpful. She found us a driver that was half the price of the others. I cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. You must go experience it for yourself. We are returning with our family!! ”
