“Staff was so helpful and accommodating. Great amenities and locationis centrally located, Steps away from the beach and Malecon. The property was beautiful among bougainvilleas and a mango tree. Request a room w/a balcony ”

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……
