“Very good property and excellent location for us to get into London. Apartment is lovely, however the sofa bed is very firm so was pretty uncomfortable after 2 nights. Table in the property also needs fixing as it is very wobbly. Could also do with some more glasses in the property. ”

“There are loads of things to love about this hotel but the rooms aren’t one of them. They are pretty old and tired. The lift situation is chaotic as there aren’t enough of them and lots of people checking in with kids and luggage. The resort overall is pretty cool. The pool was fun (a bit small), ”

“A great hotel to stay in Hampshire. Lovely place with great gardens and outdoor areas. You can go for a walk and see the amazing gardens or play tennis or just relax by the outdoor pool if the weather permits. There is a small but very clean gym as well as an I door pool and you can enjoy the spa. Thou can have dinner at the restaurant or at bar lounge which has a great atmosphere. “Hotel appears to have been recently refurbished, very comfortable room, well equipped. Above a friendly, pleasant Greene King pub, only had breakfast here but very good, Nice helpful staff, very clean, great garden with lots of tables. Great location for Windsor, Lego Land and Thorpe Park, and 2 minutes walk from the Virginia Water Pavillion and cafe. One very minor gripe, rooms were very hot, needs Air-Con.”
