“Young staff, of which I spoke to 5, were all brilliant, friendly,efficient and good fun. Most impressive. Slight issue in that if you had a noisyroom neighbour then the thin walls could be a problem as you could hear people snoring!. Food wholesome and faierly priced, beer good too so overall I have to give it 5stars and will recommend to friends and family.”

“Our 2nd visit to the lensbury, special requests asked for at time of booking, extra pillows, milks etc were not complied with , we had to ask for them and we had no bathrobes provided and had to chase. Dissapointing limeted lunch menu al a carte and bar snacks limited, we would have liked option to have sandwiches/pannini, we didnt want a full meal, and the evening al a carte was the same as lunch.”

“I had clean bedding/ towel and somewhere to park. The housekeeper who greeted me was friendly and couteous. So far so good. However, the rooms are in a converted pub (but the pub isn't open) and to call it a 'hotel', I think, is stretching the definition. I would say it's more like an HMO/hostel. There was unfinished laminate flooring in the corridors which was noisy when people were walking past, the kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the plug socket and the shower tray was damaged and……

“Friendly staff, and the room is ok. The water in the shower is very weak and we can't control the temperature so we have to leave window opens to get some fresh air but it does get quite noisy”
