"Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

"Check in was terrible, both staff were trainees and clearly had to work on their customer facing skills (with just a little smile). The room was much smaller than expected, much smaller. Breakfast was good, the service staff at the restaurant were tentative and constantly made sure all our needs were met. However, the saving grace was we left our valuables in the hotel safe, they sent an email and when returning to the hotel to collect all the items were there, even cash! When returning the front desks had mroe "seaoned" staff on hand, the whole experience felt better."

"Great location, nice environment and very very nice and professional staff at front desk, especially Annette and Tamara, always kind and helpful. Location: close to Covent Garden, walking distance to theatres and restaurants, with supermarket in 5 mins walking. Room: bright and neat, with full kitchen equipments and a desk. Environment: quiet at the night, during daytime, you can see sunshine through leafs, it's beautiful, my wife loves it a lot! We will definitely stay The Lincoln Suites again when we go back to London next trip. The only I worry is this hotel gets too popular that I won't be able to make reservation next time :) "
