“Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time……

“地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。 美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…”

“Overal we enjoyed our stay. It would have been better if there were a fridge and a phone in the room. The hotel was close to West Brompton tube stop and there was a local pub with good food nearby. The Anchor has great fish and chips and is in walking distance of the hotel. Just ask to have salt on the food as the fish had none.”
