“Good amenities, pool and workout area. Disappointed with the wi-fi connection.I had to join Bonvoy to use the wi-fi and I still could not connect. No wi-fi for my stay😒 Brianna at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I live locally and miss the spa. It was really great in the day.”
"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.
Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.
I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
