“Beautiful area of town, safe and quiet. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Some mild sewage odors in the elevator and third floor hallway, but the rooms are otherwise spotless and tastefully decorated. Rooms are VERY small but it is London. If you are bigger than 6 ft, you may have a hard time here. ”

“在 2 樓的（浴室）熱水爐沒有熱水。最後更換上 3 樓住。因為，在 2 樓已換過第二間都是沒有熱水。”

“Unbelivably small, and low roof ceiling. I booked it for my friend and his son. They were shocked my utterly small room that cannot even lay down one luggage, then they requested to change a room. The staff charged them ￡50 or more(forgot the exact amount) per night, to change another small room that at least can extent a luggage. I did not know the extra charging fee when they left back. Shame. DO NOT recommend this hotel. ”
