“It was a very pleasant stay with the good price we paid for the accommodation. Room is spacious with good air conditioning and shower facilities. Pillows and mattress are of decent quality. Staff and kitchen ladies are friendly and attentive to our needs. Location: Rome Termini train station can be a bit dodgy and the B&B is located a couple streets away from it so makes us feel safe. During our stay, there was some construction work going on so every morning we would hear banging noise around……
“The hotel is at a walkable distance from Roma Termini. Modern and clean room. Staff was friendly. We were told that heating was available but no ac at cold season. Luckily we can open the windows with a nice view. ”

“Great property with the nicest staff!! The breakfast was delicious & the room was very spacious which can be rare for Italy. Elevators are really small & all the main attractions are at least a 15 minute walk but besides that everything was great. ”

"My stay was just fair. The services didn’t exceed expectations—staff members were doing their jobs but weren’t particularly attentive or going the extra mile. Given the high price, I expected a bit more in terms of hospitality and overall experience. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either—just an average stay but guess u have a better choice elsewhere in Rome "
"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
