“Memoir was an exceptional hotel stay for my husband and I during the weekend in between our work week. The apartment was so Beautiful-Very Chic and Clean - We really enjoyed our weekend, sitting on the patio, drinking wine- It was as if we were Home! The rooftop pool, deck and bar was so Cute! The Common Room was Dope!!! It’s Close to all of what New Orleans has to offer, yet far enough to enjoy the beauty. Will stay here again if ever I’m back in Louisiana! ”
"The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room."
